18-30 Gas Firewood Processor
Our Brute Force 18-30 gas processor is the industry leader in mid-sized firewood processors due to its rugged design and standard features. It can process up to 22-inch diameter logs and can split up to 30 inches in length. The 18-30 comes with a 38HP Kohler EFI gas engine; it’s one of the fastest firewood processors in its class, producing from 1.5 to 3 cords per hour. This machine comes standard with a 3-strand live deck being able to handle logs up to 16 ft in length. It is easily raised and lowered hydraulically with a lever on the operator control panel. The integrated 16-foot fold-over conveyor can swing 3-feet left or right and it allows you to easily load firewood into a trailer or truck box, even with high sides. The conveyor is all hydraulically controlled for easy set up.
The hydraulic saw bar, log clamp, live log deck, and log in-feed log trough, are joystick controlled for easy use. Our 18-30 comes with the following equipment a 2, 4 or 6-way wedge, which can be raised and lowered at the push of a lever, torsion suspension with electric brakes, log support for that last cut, measuring grid, integrated taillights, and round log trough for better handling of crooked logs. 18-24 70hp Firewood Processor
Our Brute Force 18-24 with a liquid cooled 70hp processor is a big production firewood processor. This makes it a great choice for the firewood customer who needs a machine for big production. The 18-24 is one of the fastest processors in its class, producing from 2.5 to 5 cords per hour and cutting logs up to 22 inches in diameter and can split up to 24-inch pieces in length. The 18-24 comes with a 4-strand live log deck making it able to handle logs up to 24 feet long. It is easily raised and lowered hydraulically with a lever on the operator control panel.
The integrated 18-foot conveyor swings 3-feet left or right, that allows you to easily load firewood into a trailer or truck box, even with high sides. The hydraulic saw bar, log clamp, live log deck, and log in-feed log trough, are all joystick controlled for easy use.
